The conveyor system consists of the following key components:

Frame – fabricated from heavy-duty steel plates for maximum structural integrity.

Conveying Belt – high-strength belt designed for continuous material flow.

Carrier Rollers – precisely aligned rollers ensuring smooth and stable belt movement.

Drive Drum & Tension Drum – maintain belt tension and consistent power transmission.

Drive Unit – motorized pulley or geared drive system providing reliable motion.

Support Legs & Fixing Structure – create an optimized incline between front and rear sections for efficient material discharge.

Each conveyor can be configured for horizontal or inclined operation and integrated into complete material handling systems.
